Borough Council passed the resolution to apply for the DCNR grant at its meeting Monday. The core piece of the grant application is here (pdf).
So cross your fingers and hope that DCNR approves the grant! We don't know the timeline for approval. Hopefully we'll get it by January and be able to install it spring '08 and have a grand opening event at the Coal Festival in 2008.
